Delivery Times
Taíno & Roots Collection (Pre-sale):
Orders will be shipped in February 2026. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.
Once sent:
• Puerto Rico: 3-5 business days
• United States: 5-7 business days
Shipping Cost
• FREE shipping on orders over $50
• Orders under $5.99 standard shipping
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number which you will receive by email.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product.
Conditions:
• Unused product
• With original labels
• In its original packaging
Size Exchanges
If you followed our Size Guide and the product doesn't fit your furry friend, we'll cover the shipping costs for the exchange .
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
1. Send an email to support@boripaws.com
2. Include order number and reason for exchange/return
3. We will send you instructions within 24-48 hours
Refunds
Once we receive the product, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days . It may take an additional 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
