📦 Shipping
Delivery Times
Once shipped:
• Puerto Rico and United States: 3-5 business days
Shipping Cost
• FREE shipping on orders over $25
• Smaller orders: shipping cost is calculated at checkout
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number that you will receive via email.
🔄 Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product.
Conditions:
• Unused product
• With original tags
• In its original packaging
Size Exchanges
If you followed our Size Guide and the product doesn't fit your pet, we cover the shipping for the exchange.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Send an email to support@boripaws.com
2. Include your order number and reason for the exchange/return
3. We will send you instructions within 24-48 hours
Refunds
Once we receive the product, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 5-10 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
