🔄 General Policy

At Bori Paws, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product.

✅ Products Eligible for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Have all the original labels
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation

❌ Products Not Eligible

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Customized or made-to-measure products
  • Products on final sale or clearance (if applicable)
  • Products damaged by improper use
  • Products without labels or original packaging

💰 Refund Process

1. Application

Send an email to support@boripaws.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Product photos (if applicable)

2. Approval

We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Size exchanges: If you followed our Size Guide, we cover the shipping.
Other cases: The customer covers the return shipping cost.

4. Inspection

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to verify that it meets the conditions.

5. Refund

If approved, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

Note: It may take an additional 5-10 days to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card.

🔄 Changes

If you prefer to exchange the product for a different size or design, please indicate this in your request. Exchanges are processed faster than refunds.

📦 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos
  • We'll send you a replacement free of charge.
  • Or we will process a full refund including shipping.

⏰ Presale

For pre-order products:

  • You can cancel before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, the standard 30-day return policy applies.
